A Representative Sampling?

To be honest, my paid work has not presented a carousel of creative opportunities.

But thanks to the labors of my labor-movement fore-mothers and -fathers, I have the opportunity to stretch my design legs on the evenings and weekends.

I love the idea of the mashup, most typically defined in musical terms when the melody of one song is combined with the lyrics/singing of another song, resulting in a curious product more interesting than the sum of its parts.

Opposites attract in all things: sweet and spicy in food, checks and stripes in clothing, and colors pulled in from across the color wheel. Balance is key - small, muted stripes can really make large-scale checks stand out.
